The Project
The project was initiated in 2007 by Joyce and her husband with the aim of helping youth and women to obtain various skills. They started making a local weaving machine and sponsored one person for weaving skills education.
The project produces various products like blankets, scarves and clothes. A share of the profit goes directly to pay school fees for some students from very low income families, and the provision of health insurance to some kids with special needs or disabled kids.
The vision is to add more design and products, which will increase the profit, which leads to more support for people who are in need.
